Terms of Use

Your content

You must own or have permission to use the music, lyrics, photos, and videos you upload. You remain responsible for publishing and distributing exported clips and for complying with copyright and platform rules.

Acceptable use

Do not upload illegal, harmful, abusive, privacy-invasive, or infringing material. Do not bypass usage limits, interfere with service operation, automate abusive requests, or resell access without written permission.

Beta service

VLyrics is a beta creative tool. Transcription, timing, effects, availability, and export compatibility may not always be exact. Review generated lyrics and clips before publishing them.

Plans and purchases

Free and PRO limits may change as the beta develops. Purchases and subscriptions distributed through Google Play are also governed by Google Play billing, cancellation, and refund rules. Features already purchased will be delivered according to the offer shown at checkout.

Website checkout is available only after an approved payment provider is connected. Before payment, the checkout page identifies the selected digital product, total price, account receiving the purchase, and whether a charge is recurring. Website purchases are delivered to the signed-in VLyrics account after the provider confirms payment.

For website payment disputes, duplicate charges, delivery failures, cancellations, or refund requests, contact vlyrics888@gmail.com. Refund eligibility follows applicable law, the checkout offer, and the payment provider's rules. No charge is made while checkout is marked as unavailable or under provider review.

Account termination

You can delete your account at any time. VLyrics may suspend accounts used for abuse, fraud, security attacks, or repeated infringement.
